I just got confirmation & promotion at my place of work; and the funny part is that both letters were back dated and it’s actually to my advantage.
The confirmation of appointment: was effected from 16/10/2019. While promotion was effected from 01/01/2020. I got both letters on the 25th of this month, and according to the Assistant Director HRM, promotion letter is not supposed to come at this period because the year is almost over! But, GLORY BE TO GOD THE PROMOTER OF ALL, FOR HIS FAITHFULNESS. LET HIS NAME BE PRAISED FOREVER!
